Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for digital products purchased from AWHLLE and its divisions, including Bonjour French Academy.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the download link has been successfully delivered. However, we offer refunds in the specific situations listed below.

Email hello@awhlle.com with your order/payment ID and the reason for your request, or message us directly on Instagram. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to processing times of your bank or payment provider (Razorpay/Instamojo).

5. Cancellations

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be "cancelled" once payment is completed and the download link has been sent. If you wish to cancel before completing payment, simply close the checkout page — no charge will occur.
