Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for digital products purchased from AWHLLE and its divisions, including Bonjour French Academy.
1. When You ARE Eligible for a Refund
- Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery: If payment was successful but you did not receive your download link within 24 hours, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- Technical failure: If the files delivered are genuinely corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
2. When You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund
- Simply changing your mind after successfully downloading the material
- Dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described on the product page prior to purchase
- Failure to read the product description before buying
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@awhlle.com with your order/payment ID and the reason for your request, or message us directly on Instagram. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to processing times of your bank or payment provider (Razorpay/Instamojo).
5. Cancellations
Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be "cancelled" once payment is completed and the download link has been sent. If you wish to cancel before completing payment, simply close the checkout page — no charge will occur.
